Healing is not limited to one modality,
and neither is learning.
Within select KUHAS workshops, continuing education experiences, and courses, learners may explore creative and experiential approaches such as coloring, painting, journaling, sewing, herbal medicine, body-care formulation, and other hands-on activities.
These experiences can combine practical skill development with reflection, emotional awareness, personal growth, and holistic wellness.
The Art of Healing is one expression of the KUHAS educational philosophy — not a requirement or instructional method used in every academic program.

Create → Reflect → Understand → Heal
Where an offering is built around a creative or experiential activity, learners are guided through the experience rather than left to interpret it alone.
