A Decade of Education, Healing & Professional Development
Founded in 2016, KISSED University began with a vision to create education that connected professional training with a deeper understanding of the people being served.
What began with specialized education in hair, scalp, beauty, and holistic wellness has grown into KISSED University of Healing Arts & Sciences — a multidisciplinary educational institution encompassing professional programs, continuing education, integrative health sciences, human development, and experiential learning.
As the University has evolved, one principle has remained constant: we do not simply teach learners what to do. We teach them to understand why they are doing it, who they are serving, and how to practice responsibly and effectively.

KUHAS organizes its academic and professional education through specialized Colleges, allowing each discipline to maintain its own academic identity while remaining part of one University.
Our areas of study include trichology science, herbal science, behavioral health and identity science, inner healing and human development, and professional and continuing education.
Programs may include online theory, applied assignments, examinations, clinical or hands-on training, independent projects, professional development, and other learning experiences appropriate to the discipline and credential.
The Art of Healing
Healing is not limited to one modality, and neither is learning.
Within select KUHAS workshops, continuing education experiences, and courses, learners may explore creative and experiential approaches such as coloring, painting, journaling, sewing, herbal medicine, body-care formulation, and other hands-on activities.
These experiences can combine practical skill development with reflection, emotional awareness, personal growth, and holistic wellness.
The Art of Healing is one expression of the KUHAS educational philosophy — not a requirement or instructional method used in every academic program.

Depending on the program, learning may progress from online academic study into applied assignments, clinical experiences, projects, or hands-on training.
Flexible Learning
Where program structure permits, learners can begin online coursework without waiting for a traditional semester start. Scheduled clinical or applied requirements are completed during available training dates.
A Path Beyond Graduation
