Refund & Cancellation Policy

How tuition refunds, withdrawals and cancelled dates are handled.

How Payments Are Made

Tuition and course fees are paid through the University's secure hosted checkout. The amount charged is always the published amount held in the University's own records; no price is ever set by the browser.

All Tuition and Fees Are Non-Refundable

All course fees, tuition payments, program fees, CE fees and workshop fees are non-refundable once paid, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Enrolling in a program, course, continuing education class or workshop is a commitment to pay for that education.

Withdrawal Does Not Create a Refund

A learner may withdraw from a program, course, CE class or workshop at any time. Withdrawal ends future coursework obligations, but it does not automatically create a refund entitlement, and tuition and fees already paid remain non-refundable.

Withdrawal From a Program

A learner may request withdrawal from a program at any time. Withdrawal ends future coursework obligations; it does not by itself erase completed academic results, which remain part of the learner's record.

Effect on Records and Certificates

A refund or withdrawal does not remove the academic history a learner has already earned, and a certificate is issued only where the program's completion requirements have actually been met.

Cancelled or Rescheduled Dates

If the University cancels a scheduled workshop, clinical intensive or continuing education date, registered learners are offered an alternative date or a refund of the amount paid for that offering.

Exceptions Required by Law

Where the law of a learner's jurisdiction requires a refund right that differs from this policy, that legal requirement applies. The jurisdictions the University addresses in this policy are confirmed by the University.
