Our Educational Mission
KUHAS prepares learners for meaningful work in healing, wellness, human development and integrative sciences. Education at KUHAS is intended to strengthen professional competence, critical thinking, ethical practice and self-awareness, so that a graduate is prepared for the people they will serve and not only for an examination.
Knowledge With Understanding
We do not simply teach learners what to do. We teach them to understand why they are doing it, who they are serving, and how to practise responsibly and effectively within their lawful scope.
A Multidisciplinary Institution
KUHAS organizes its education through specialized Colleges so each discipline keeps its own academic identity while remaining part of one University. The institution is designed to grow as additional Colleges, programs and disciplines are introduced.
Ethical Practice and Referral
Learners are taught to work within their scope of practice, to document professionally, and to refer to licensed providers where a concern falls outside their training. KUHAS instructional content is educational and is not medical, psychological or legal advice.
