KISSED U Concierge
KISSED U Concierge is the University's structured support channel. Applicants, current learners and graduates can bring an admissions, academic, clinical-training, continuing-education or alumni question to the University and the responsible office will reply by email.
What the Concierge Provides
The KISSED U Concierge provides structured University support. It does not provide unlimited direct access to individual faculty members, and it is not a clinical consultation service for your own clients.
Individualized Professional Services
Requests for private training, on-site clinical support, shadowing while you work with a client, customized instruction or travel to your location are professional engagements rather than Office Hours support. They are quoted separately and may involve a professional service fee and travel costs. Submit the request through the KISSED U Concierge and the University will respond with next steps.
