The shape of the day
A working session on the clinical consultation — what to ask, what to observe, and how to translate an assessment into a recommendation a client understands.
Service design: turning single appointments into structured client pathways with clear value.
Documentation and follow-up practices that protect the practitioner and keep clients returning.
A revenue conversation: pricing, packaging and recurring care without pressure selling.
A guided demonstration of the KCIS practitioner workflow.
Time to build your own 30-day clinical growth action plan before you leave the room.
One component of the day
KCIS is one component of the day, not the whole workshop. You will see how a clinical intelligence system can support assessments, documentation, client management and follow-up — so the framework you build in the room has somewhere to live once you are back with clients.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a licensing or certification program?
No. This is professional development. Participants who meet the requirements receive a University certificate of completion, which is educational recognition — not a professional license, board certification, academic degree or state-approved credential.
Do I need to be a KISSED University student?
No. The intensive is open to practising professionals whether or not you have studied with the University before.
What does the $297 deposit do?
It reserves your seat immediately once your payment is verified. The remaining $700 balance is then due by the date shown on this page.
What happens if I only pay the deposit?
You keep your seat and receive the pre-event information and workshop resources. Final completion status and the certificate are released once the balance is paid.
Where exactly is it held?
The intensive is held in Raleigh, North Carolina. The exact venue, arrival time and parking details are released to registered participants.
Are payments refundable?
No. Please read the cancellation and transfer policy on this page before you register — a registration may be transferred once, under the conditions stated.
Because seating is limited and workshop resources are prepared in advance, all registration payments, including deposits and remaining-balance payments, are nonrefundable. A registration may be transferred one time to another eligible participant when a written transfer request is received by September 9, 2026. The substitute participant must complete all required registration information before attending. Failure to attend does not qualify for a refund, credit, or certificate. If KISSED University cancels or reschedules the workshop, registered participants may transfer their payment to the rescheduled date or request a refund of payments made directly to KISSED University. KISSED University is not responsible for travel, lodging, transportation, or other incidental expenses.
